We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our sales team in the Electronics field. This role will be responsible for handling Requests for Quotation (RFQs), preparing offers based on the best supply sources identified by the Procurement department, and managing long-term agreements with strategic suppliers. Additionally, the role will involve promoting and implementing process and system integration within the ALA/SCP Sintersa group, aligning with objectives set by the line Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Address requests for quotation (RFQ) for specific items or services in the Electronics field.
  2. Prepare customer offers based on the best supply source determined by the Procurement department, considering certifications, unit pricing, and lead times.
  3. Manage RFQs by analyzing requirements, verifying stock availability, existing purchasing contracts, and previous supplier requests.
  4. Conduct follow-up activities on RFQs to maintain strong customer relationships through emails, calls, video conferences, and visits.
  5. Manage and enhance long-term agreements (LTA) with new suppliers and strategic manufacturers.
  6. Promote and implement the integration of processes, products, and systems among ALA/SCP Sintersa group companies, in line with objectives set by the line Manager.

Requisitos

Requirements:

  • Education: Preferably a degree in Economics, or equivalent high school diploma.
  • Previous Work Experience: 2-5 years in related roles.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish. Knowledge of other languages such as Italian, French, or German is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Ability to independently review product technical specifications.
    • Monitoring targets through BI tools.
    • Market knowledge.
    • Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
    • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Behavioral Skills:
    • Negotiation skills.
    • Proactive approach.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Target-driven mindset.
  • Location: Avenida de América, Madrid.

  • Work Arrangement: Remote work 2 days per week.
